Design Technician job summary
This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Design Technician. We would also welcome applications from design graduates who are interested in a career in this field of work. The role will be working as part of the friendly design faculty assisting in practical classes, carrying out demonstrations, preparing resources, assembling equipment and providing technical advice to teachers, support staff and students as appropriate. The role is working 32 hours a week, term time only plus training days.

We are looking for someone who has:
- a can-do attitude
- a practical and logical mindset and is able to problem solve
- experience of working skilfully with materials such as wood, plastic and metals using appropriate tools machinery and equipment.
