Director of Behaviour job summary
The purpose of the Director of Behaviour role is to oversee the operational leadership of student behaviour at the Academy. The Director of Behaviour will be passionate about continuing professional development for themselves and their team. They will be responsible for line managing a team of Behaviour Monitors and will be able to provide effective leadership, guidance and direction to those around them in managing challenging situations.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020, as the work brings employees into contact with children who are regarded by the Act as a vulnerable group.
