Director of Creativity
Do you have a passion for empowering students to think creatively, solve problems imaginatively, and express their ideas through a wide range of creative, design led and innovative mediums?
Do you want to play a leading role in shaping a culture of creativity across the school developing students’ ability to generate ideas, experiment confidently, collaborate effectively and apply creative thinking in every area of the curriculum?
Are you an inspiration teacher or leader with excellent subject knowledge, the ability to motivate others, and the commitment to raising the creative potential and achievement of students at all levels?

The role of the Director of Creativity is distinctive in its ambition to lead and enrich a culture where innovation and creative thinking are central to the school’s vision.
This position offers the opportunity to influence and elevate the creative direction of the curriculum, working in partnership with colleagues that have a variety of specialisms who inspire students to engage meaningfully with creative learning to see possibilities beyond the expected.
