What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Director of English and Communications responsible for our English, MFL and IT departments. You will have the vision, drive and energy to play a major role in the development of all three departments. The successful candidate will be a role model for the team, leading by example in all aspects of school life, developing a strong team to ensure the best curriculum offer possible for our students.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and inter-personnel skills, have a pro-active approach and the ability to work independently as well as the ability to relate well to staff and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.
