We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educational leader to head our English and Media Studies departments. This is a pivotal role, overseeing curriculum development, raising standards, and leading a team of dedicated and talented teachers and support staff.

As Director, you will:

  • Lead the strategic vision for English and Media across all key stages.
  • Champion a high-quality, inclusive learning experience that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
  • Drive outstanding outcomes through rigorous teaching, assessment, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, supportive team culture rooted in professional growth and shared success.
  • Be a visible and inspiring presence across the school, modelling excellent teaching and leadership.
