What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be someone who is an enthusiastic, talented and passionate teacher of English. You will have excellent subject knowledge and be confident that students in your care will make exceptional progress.

The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k. This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid in September '24 as a retention incentive. This is subject to the successful candidate remaining at the school for at least that next year.
