accountable for leading, managing and developing English across all key stages?
Candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- An outstanding English subject knowledge and be able to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for communicating this to others
- Extensive experience of English teaching and curriculum at primary phase, with an excellent understanding of teaching and curriculum across secondary, or vice versa
- A proven track record of leading school wide reading strategies
- Experience of identifying need and implementing effective strategies for improving outcomes
- Experience and credibility when leading and coaching others
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to positively influence all levels of the organisation
- Be excited to share knowledge and expertise across a wide range of schools and be able to travel to all the schools and academies within the Trust
- Be committed to ensuring that all learners in our schools receive an excellent education in a safe and stimulating environment
