Are you an experienced Estates and Facilities leader with the strategic vision, professional expertise and passion to shape exceptional learning environments for thousands of children and young people?
Delta Academies Trust is seeking an outstanding Director of Estates and Facilities to lead its Trust-wide estates strategy and ensure safe, compliant, inspiring, and future‑ready environments across all its academies. We are looking for the successful postholder to join the team as soon as possible on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Director of Estates and Facilities, you will provide strategic and operational leadership of the Trust’s Estates and Facilities Management services across all of the Trust’s sites.
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the long‑term estates strategy to support the Trust’s educational ambitions.
You will lead a multi‑disciplinary professional team, driving a culture of excellence, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement. You will ensure our academies benefit from high‑quality, cost‑effective estates services—including capital works, maintenance, compliance, security, health and safety, and facilities management, both hard and soft services.

Salary: Leadership Range, points 20 to 24 (£82,654 to £91,157)
Hours: 37 hours per week / All Year Round (52 Weeks)
