What skills and experience we're looking for

You will provide strategic leadership of the provision for children with learning differences across Paradigm Trust, supporting and challenging leaders and staff to ensure children receive high-quality, inclusive education.

You will make an active contribution to the overall leadership of the Trust, in line with the Trust’s values.

What you will offer

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious SEN professional who wants to make a difference for children with learning differences. The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a SENCO and the strategic leadership of provision for children with learning differences.
