Director of Faculty: Science job summary

Directors of Faculty will work collaboratively as the key drivers in improving all aspects of teaching and learning across the college. They will ensure quality and consistency of practice by shaping and delivering aspects of CPD, leading and monitoring practice and developing the teaching and leadership skills of others.

Directors of Faculty will secure high standards of learning, behaviour and achievement for all students by providing high quality leadership and management of a subject area, oversight of the areas within the faculty and the embedding of appropriate whole college strategies.
