To be successful, you will demonstrate;
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a school or health-related setting, with a focus on well-being.
- Experience in developing and implementing health and well-being strategies.
- Experience in managing interventions for mental and physical health support.
- Experience in delivering well-being interventions and managing small group sessions to promote mental and physical health
- Strong understanding of the national health agenda for schools and well-being.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Ability to create personalised well-being curricula and supervise colleagues in delivering targeted support.
- A strong commitment to the values of empathy, integrity, and excellence.
- Empathy and a genuine passion for promoting well-being.
- Resilience and professionalism when managing sensitive situations.
