The role and what we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is fully on board with the academy vision, and ready to lead our committed and collaborative Maths department to further success in collaboration with the Head of Department. You will be able to set high standards for teaching and learning, use data effectively, and have a relentless approach to ensuring success for all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a great candidate who has experience and ambition, ready to take on ownership of developing outstanding practice and innovating our mathematics offer.
