We require an inspirational professional who is passionate about high standards of student progress and an innovative driver of outstanding teaching and learning. Beyond the curriculum, you will be deeply committed to music enrichment and its profound impact, articulating how the power of music can genuinely improve the lives of young people and the wider community. The post also offers a fantastic opportunity to teach and lead A-Level, setting the standard for post-16 success.

The successful candidate will articulate and deliver a compelling vision for an excellent Music education for all students. You will also be an integral part of our dynamic leadership team across the College, contributing to whole-college strategic initiatives and shaping our outstanding culture. We are deeply committed to 'growing our own' leaders, and you will receive extensive professional development, including mentorship, coaching, and full support for undertaking qualifications such as the NPQSL, providing the challenge and support needed to learn, develop, and thrive.
