Director of Primary Education job summary
This essential strategic leadership role requires someone with excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of school culture and change processes, and the experience to lead system-level talent management in the primary phase. You will be responsible for overseeing the school improvement strategy, leading curriculum development, and ensuring alignment with our core priorities of People-First, Equity, and Community.
