Director of Progress job summary

The successful candidate will be supported by a member of the senior leadership team and will work alongside with wider pastoral team, tutors and curriculum leaders to identify barriers to learning,

The Director of Progress will provide clear communication, guidance ad support to tutors ensuring expectations and practice across the academy are consistent
