Director of Sixth Form job summary
Twynham Sixth Form has an enviable reputation. The largest school-based Sixth Form in East Dorset, with over 440 students travelling from across BCP and the New Forest every day to benefit from a truly ‘outstanding’ provision.
The Director of Sixth Form holds a pivotal and influential role within the Senior Leadership Team at Twynham School and more widely within the leadership across the Trust. The successful candidate will have an astute understanding of Post-16 provision and the changing landscape that needs to be navigated.
At heart you will be someone who has exceptional moral purpose, keeping young people at the centre of all that you do whilst possessing bundles of emotional intelligence to support colleagues, students and parents alike to be the very best that they can be.
