Consilium Academies is seeking an inspiring and strategic Director of Standards, Performance and Quality Assurance to lead our secondary school improvement strategy across our eight schools, fostering a culture of excellence, equity, and integrity.

About the Role
As Director of Standards, Performance and Quality Assurance, you will:
- Leading on quality assurance across all secondary schools, driving standards and outcomes.
- Collaborating with Principals, Hub Directors and the Executive Director of Education to accelerate school improvement and deliver measurable results.
- Providing expert support and challenge to schools, identifying strengths and areas for development through strategic analysis and performance reviews.
- Supporting schools to be Ofsted-ready and ensuring all children—especially the most vulnerable—have equitable opportunities to thrive.
- Building a school-led, self-improving system where individuality is celebrated, and excellence is the norm.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and ethical leader who has:
- Proven executive leadership experience within a multi-school or trust setting
- A track record of delivering impactful school-to-school support with measurable success.
- Expertise in quality assurance and performance evaluation frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing leadership talent.
- A deep commitment to raising standards and closing gaps in pupil achievement.
You’ll be strategic, analytical, and inspiring—someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven culture and is ready to make a transformational difference.
