What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an ambitious and high flying qualified Drama teacher who consistently teaches good or outstanding lessons and gets the best from their students and holds QTS. This is a Part-Time role for four days per week (0.8). The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for Drama, ready to lead and with an ability to effectively develop their pedagogy and practice.

We need an outstanding classroom practitioner in Drama with the skills, expertise and tenacity to raise standards of teaching and learning in Drama and across the whole school.

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track-record of raising standards and excellent examination results and will join a team of colleagues working to model, share and develop engaging and challenging teaching strategies that promote learning and inspire our students.
