Baxter College is looking for an educator who can foster an enthusiastic, practical approach to the complex interplay between text, theatre, and human emotion. In our studios, it is essential to develop students' confidence, empathy, and collaborative skills—from exploring diverse theatrical practitioners to analysing contemporary and classical plays.
