What skills and experience we're looking for

Furzeham Primary and Nursery School are seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Attendance Improvement Coordinator and Pastoral Lead to work with staff in ensuring the safeguarding of pupils, particularly those who are on a Child Protection Plan, Looked After or Vulnerable and coordinate aspects relating to those children on the School’s Pastoral Register.

In the role of Attendance Improvement Coordinator, the successful candidate will promote excellent attendance and punctuality and reduce absence levels. They will work with staff, parents / carers and external agencies to improve and maintain attendance and punctuality.

You will be willing to take the opportunity to play a full part in the further development of our school and join us in our aims to make learning irresistible and to provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.
