We are looking for a Leisure Centre Duty Manager

Leon Leisure, part of Lift Schools, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Leisure Centre Duty Manager to join our team and help provide outstanding leisure facilities and experiences for our community.

About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead by example, support staff development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and programmes at Leon Leisure.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards.
* Assist with staff recruitment, training, and rota planning.
* Promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities.
* Act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support.
* Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively.

* An NPLQ holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations.
* Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing.
