The role:
We have an amazing opportunity for 2 Early Career Teachers to join our Trust of 14 Academies. These are permanent roles working within our Academy schools, one post is in Luton/Dunstable area and the other is in Bedford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an ECT within a large Multi-Academy Trust or perhaps an experience teacher looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidates would be a fully qualified teacher however, instructors or unqualified teachers would be considered.
The applicant:
Qualifications – Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), instructors/unqualified teachers will be considered
Undertake full teaching responsibilities
Effectively teach the UK curriculum to the highest standards.
Deliver fun and engaging lessons that also challenge and develop learning.
Communicate effectively key staff members.
Will adhere to professional education guidelines
Be committed to the school’s objectives and our Christian ethos by following school policies such as behaviour
Must be reliable and responsible with good time management skills
