We are looking for a passionate and hardworking ECT to join us in July 2025. The ideal candidate will be willing to give their best for the children and keen to be developed further in their teaching practice.

Being an ECT at Maple Grove Primary School means you will get a supportive year group and an experienced mentor to support you all the way through your ECT journey. With weekly training, development, support and sessions that help develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher. Our ECTs also have the benefits of two weeks in depth training at the end of summer term to get them ready for their September start.

We are a warm, friendly school and team, with wonderful children and supportive parents. Children are motivated to learn, are exceptionally well behaved and deserve the best that we can give them.

Please note we offer a July start for potential ECT’s to ensure a strong induction and so that ECT’s can get paid over the summer break.
