About The RoleAs an ECT at Brooklands, you’ll be part of a warm, experienced team who are invested in your success. You’ll benefit from a structured induction, excellent mentoring, and the space to develop your confidence, classroom practice and professional identity.
You’ll teach a KS2 class and be supported to:
Develop high-quality classroom practice
Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Reflect on your teaching and grow with confidence
Embed inclusive, engaging and effective learning approaches
You’ll never be expected to “figure it out alone” — we’re here to support you every step of the way.
