Early Childhood Educator job summary

The Directors of St Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, and highly motivated Early Childhood Educator Level 3 (Achievement Support Officer) to work as part of the team at Endsleigh Holy Child VC Academy, supporting teaching and learning with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable pupils including those with SEND across our Early Years provision.

This post is term time only - plus 5 additional days - 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:45pm (7.25 hours per day) with 30 minutes unpaid lunch each day

Fixed term until 31st August 2032 - linked to pupil funding.

This role and hours encompasses breakfast club support for our Early Years pupils.

The successful candidate will work across our early years provision, giving appropriate targeted support for pupils with a range of SEND needs. You will support the children’s social, emotional and physical development, designing provision and experiences to enhance pupils learning and provide supervision and care of children at various times of the day.
