Early Help Practitioner job summary
What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Trust Early Help Services Manager, you will be at the heart of engaging children, families, and the community, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll deliver high-quality interventions that promote safeguarding and well-being for children and young people (ages 3-18), offering holistic, outcome-driven support tailored to their needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualifications and proven experience in working with children, young people, and families in a supportive capacity. Ideally, you’ll have experience in an education setting committed to inclusion, with the ability to liaise with multi-agency services and access the best support for schools and communities.
