MPS (£30,000 - £41,333per annum) or UPS (£43,266 - £46,525per annum, + TLR2a (£3,214)
We are looking for an outstanding Early Years Leader to join our driven leadership team. This role is to lead on Teaching and Learning across key phases of the school, to provide quality first teaching which supports pupils progress; and to support the leadership team in ensuring a coherent curriculum implementation ensuring all pupils experience exceptional teaching and the highest of expectations for their progress and achievements.
The successful applicant for this role will be an outstanding, passionate and inspirational leader who is committed to enhancing the life chances of our pupils. They must have previous experience of successfully leading either a phase, key aspect of whole school development or core subject. You will be secure in all aspects of the role of Classroom Teacher and have experience of being a role model and coach to others. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to be part of driven leadership team.

Heathcote Primary School is a free school which opened in September 2017. We are part of Community Academies Trust. The school is part of a new community which is growing rapidly. We cater for children who predominantly live in the estates surrounding the school and Leamington Spa. The school is 2-form entry and is set in wonderful grounds which are developing. We have a forest school area, sports field, amphitheater and surrounding land which is ripe for development. We are particularly focussed on developing a curriculum which is embedded in outdoor learning.
