About the role

In this role you will help create a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn, play and grow. You’ll work closely with experienced staff to deliver engaging activities and support our children’s development in their early years.

In our preschool we work to provide a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. We are so privileged to work with them - they inspire us every day. We focus on delivering a high-quality early years education that supports every aspect of their development - from communication and social skills, to creativity, confidence and independence. Through carefully planned activities and play-based learning, our team help children build strong foundations for school life and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has the ability to build positive relationships with children and adults

Can support the children to engage with the curriculum

Is friendly, caring, approachable and patient

Can be a clam and supportive presence

Enjoys being around children and is committed to safeguarding

Brings a positive attitude and a genuine love of school life.

In this role you will:

Support our children to access and engage with the curriculum

meet the personal care needs of pupils whilst encouraging their independence (including toileting and feeding

Support pupils with social interactions and positive behaviour

Be a caring, approachable adult in the busy heart of school life.
