- Is a skilled Early Years practitioner with strong pedagogical knowledge & understanding of the Early Years
- Has a passion for outdoor learning and the vision to create an outstanding, enabling, environment inside and out
- Is enthusiastic about the use of technology to support teaching and assessment in Early Years
- Values teamwork and has a positive outlook
- Will fully support our vision of Brilliant Beginnings for every child
- Has a strong commitment to inclusion and understanding of SEND
- Has a love of learning and is committed to their own professional growth
