Our Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, talented and inspiring classroom practitioner with experience of leading in Early Years. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate our ambitious and hardworking pupils. They will also have a strong vision of effective Early Years delivery and are able to co-ordinate and lead their Early Years colleagues to ensure that the delivery of curriculum is fit for purpose, coherent and challenging to all pupils. Responsible for ensuring that data is robust and accurate.

You will:

Be a qualified teacher with three years’ EYFS experience

A thorough knowledge and understanding of all relevant aspects of the National Curriculum in relation to the post

Experience of planning and delivering curriculum at relevant KS.

Ability to lead a team of Early Years colleagues

Ability to relate to and build relationships with pupils, parents and other members of the school community

Enthusiasm and commitment to the aims and objectives of the school

Good communication skills

Take a full and active role in the extra- curricular programme

Willingness to engage in CPD activities in relation to learning and teaching
