Early Years Deputy Manager with responsibilities for SEND Co-ordination

We are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join our ever developing, innovative and fun team. As a senior member of staff, we will be looking for someone who shares our passion to give every child within our setting the opportunity to thrive, explore and discover themselves.
The role will be both office and EYFS room based, with main responsibilities to include working in ratio with the children, the co-ordination of SEND across the setting and general administration tasks.
A successful candidate would show the ability to role model and promote the settings vision, whilst bringing energy and creativity to the role.

Working hours operate on a rota system, 37 hours per week Monday-Friday between 7.30am and 6pm
Essential: A minimum Level 3 NVQ Childcare qualification or equivalent and experience of working within a nursery environment. You must have the ability to take the lead, whilst also working as part of a team.
Desirable but not essential (as training courses can be provided): Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food hygiene, SEND experience. A basic level of computer literacy would be beneficial.
