vibrant Reception and Nursery team.

accommodates up to 26 children, while we have a group of 60 children in our

As our Early Years Lead, you will have a
pivotal role in shaping our learning landscape. Our Early Years features
open-plan classrooms with ample indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a dynamic
and engaging learning environment. We strongly believe in child-initiated
learning, empowering our youngest learners to drive their own educational
journey and develop a genuine love for learning.
- Foster and lead on child-initiated learning,
encouraging curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking amongst our young
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various
learning styles, effectively transitioning between small groups, one-on-one
sessions, and whole-class instruction.
- Collaborate with our dedicated, passionate,
and enthusiastic team to provide the very best educational experience for our

- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant
- A comprehensive understanding of the Early
Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and
learning to ensure every child makes good progress.
