We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Years Leader at Harrold Primary Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to childrens learning and development by delivering creative and engaging lessons. You will also provide valuable support by leading and motivating the phase team to ensure high quality education for all children whilst improving standards of learning and achievement for all.

The Opportunity

  • To work with the Senior Leadership Team to accelerate progress for all pupils particularly in Early Years
  • To support, develop and coach teaching and learning across EYFS, so that the school has a consistently good or better teaching
  • To lead and co-ordinate assessment across EYFS, maximizing pupil and parental engagement

The ideal candidate

  • Has a record of excellent classroom practice in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Able to secure high standards of pupil achievement and behaviour in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Is passionate and has drive for raising standards of teaching and learning
