What skills and experience we're looking for
Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years
Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Build nurturing relationships with children and parents
Lead small group activities, including phonics and play-based learning
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Provide pastoral, medical, and welfare support for all children
Help create an engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environment
