What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience of working with children aged 3-5 is essential and applicants are expected to have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. It is also a requirement of the job that practitioners have sound literacy and numeracy skills and are able to teach phonics and maths to small groups as guided by the class teacher.
Candidates should also be IT literate with the basic software applications.

Belmont Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed and personable practitioner to join the Early Years team, working in one of our two Reception classes, under the leadership of the class teacher.
Belmont Primary is a popular and successful local school in Chiswick, West London with a caring, purposeful ethos and children who love learning. The role involves working in partnership with other members of the team to provide a high quality of care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and to provide a supportive learning environment which enables children to maximise their learning.
Experience of working with children aged 3-5 is essential and applicants are expected to have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
