Early Years Practitioner job summary

We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at Acorns Preschool, part of Christian Malford CofE Primary School. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a small, nurturing rural school where every child is known, valued and supported to flourish.

Working alongside a small, dedicated team of three staff, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years provision for our youngest learners. You will help to create a warm, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe, happy and inspired to learn through play and exploration.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Be creative, proactive and able to contribute ideas to enhance learning experiences
  • Work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Demonstrate a positive, flexible approach and a commitment to the ethos of our school
