Payscale: Grade 3, Point 7 (FTE £24,294 per year, approx. £18,252 pro-rata per year)

About You

The ideal candidate will be an individual who:

Has experience of working with children and families.

Holds a Level 3 or above Early Years Education Qualification.

Able to work calmly and problem solve under pressure.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Is enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education.

A highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload.

Can work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils.

A ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative.

Can work flexibly and professionally.

About Role

We are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our Early Years team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The purpose of this role is to fulfil the duties of a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, planning and delivery high quality Preschool provision for our 2 - 4 year olds, working cooperatively with colleagues and families, and has is effective at supporting pupils’ development, in line with key guidance from the Development Matters & EYFS framework.
