What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, highly motivated and inspirational Early Years Practitioner, to skilfully lead and shape outstanding practice for our 2 – 3 year olds.
Shortbrook Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and highly inclusive school, where we are passionate about providing the best possible education for our children. We are the only school in this area who educate two year olds.
Applications are invited from someone who:
- will demonstrate the school’s ethos and be prepared to develop a secure understanding of the nature of our school and the wonderful community we serve.
- is an excellent EYFS classroom practitioner that is passionate about teaching and learning and creating an environment that is engaging, happy and fulfilling for all pupils.
- has excellent knowledge of Early Years and can apply this into our unique primary school context.
- is keen to develop, grow and work with like - minded colleagues to continually improve practice and provision.
- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
