Early Years Practitioner Level 4 (Level 3 Qualified) job summary
Are you ready to go on a bear hunt?
Can you find the end of the sellotape while having your hair done?
Do you find it just too hard to resist the muddy puddles? Are you passionate about providing the best for children? If yes, this job could be for you!
We are looking for a person with the ability to motivate and challenge, to share good practice and will improve outcomes for children with SEND across the federation.
Are you innovative, creative, forward thinking, and have a passion for working with children to ensure they get the education they deserve? If so, this may be the opportunity for you to make a real difference.
The Federation is an exciting and motivating place to work. We are the schools with no plastic toys, where children use natural materials and their imaginations.
This role will initially be based at our Leabank site in Marsh Farm, however, staff are required to work on our other sites in the RICCHER Federation.
We can offer you:
- The opportunity to realise your own potential and be part of a team of talented, dedicated and professional staff
- Happy and motivated children
- A supportive governing body and committed parents
- Excellent learning spaces
- Opportunity to develop SEND practice
We believe it's a privilege to work in a Resourced Maintained Nursery School and a unique opportunity. The school is part of a federation of maintained nursery schools who work closely together and are very well supported by the local authority. This ensures support, guidance, high quality training, networking and opportunities for professional development.
Hours of work will be 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Wednesday evenings will be required at times for training sessions and supporting the team.
The RICCHER Federation of Nursery Schools is committed to safeguarding our children. All posts are subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance.
