Early Years Practitioner Level III job summary
Goldington Green Academy has 500+ pupils on roll, age range 2 - 11 years. The Head Teacher and Governors are looking for an inspirational Level III qualified Early Years Practitioner to provide the highest quality care in our Pre School at Goldington Green Academy. The suitable candidate must be an experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Practitioner.
We are offering a supportive school built on nurture principles that are embedded in quality appraisals and CPD.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate commitment and passion for education and raising standards in delivering outstanding learning opportunities for our pupils. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team and liaise with all staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our children. Positivity, a good sense of humour, resilience, creativity, commitment and professionalism, as well as expert knowledge of the EYFS are essential for this position. You must be able to create a nurturing learning environment for all our children, but particularly for our youngest. You must have effective organisational skills and willingness to contribute to the wider school life.
