Overview of role

As an EYP at Lime Academy Abbotsmede, you will play a vital role in supporting our youngest learners to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. You will work closely with children aged 3-5, helping them to explore, discover, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued: ensuring you put learner first.

- - Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent and high-quality care and education.

- - Observe and assess children’s development, contributing to planning that supports progress towards the Good Level of Development (GLD).

- - Build strong relationships with families, encouraging active involvement in their child’s learning journey.

- - Maintain accurate records and contribute to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum delivery.

- - EYP qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)

- - A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
