Early Years Practitioner Nursery job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate person with a Level 6 Early Years qualification, lower-level qualifications (minimum Level 3) will be considered for the right candidate.
Responsible for the academic, emotional development and attainment of our Nursery children, aged 3 and 4, the successful candidate will be prepared to work with our EYFS lead to lead and develop our Nursery provision. We are looking for someone who will work hard, have high expectations and will be committed to supporting children to achieve the very best they can through our engaging and creative curriculum. To be successful you will possess:
- An outstanding early years practitioner.
- In possession of a Level 6 Early Years qualification (minimum of Level 3 may be considered).
- Committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience liaising with parents and carers.
- Innovative and inspirational.
- Enthusiastic and committed to a strong belief in teamwork.
- Able challenge and motivate children.
- Committed to working with parents and the wider school community.
- Passionate about the children's learning, progression and welfare.
