We are looking for a qualified, passionate, kind and enthusiastic individual to join our baby room team at Suffield Park Nursery in Cromer, starting as soon as possible. Our Nursery currently holds an Outstanding Ofsted and this is a fantastic opportunity to join our supportive and professional team for the right individual! This is an all year round position, 30.63 average hours, permanent contract (probationary period of 6 months). The Nursery is open for 48 weeks of the year (closed for two weeks in August and two weeks in December).

- Wednesday 11 - 15:30
- Thursday 8 - 15.30

School Holiday Hours:
- Monday 11.45 - 17:30
- Tuesday 8.45 - 17:30
- Wednesday 11.45 - 17.3
- Thursday 11.45 - 17:30
- Friday 11.45 - 17:30
We would like to hear from applicants who hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above, we will also consider applicants holding a relevant Level 2 qualification. Successful candidates holding a Level 3 qualification will be paid at Scale D (£13.26-£13.47 per hour) and those holding a Level 2 qualification will be paid at Scale C (£13.05 per hour).
We have four Nursery rooms; The Rock Pool for children under 2 years, The Coral Reef for children under 3 years and The Deep Blue Sea and The Lagoon for 3-4 year olds. We are fortunate to have fantastic outdoor learning environment including onsite woodland which is used regularly.
We are open for 48 weeks of the year, 8am-5.30pm daily, providing staff with opportunities to pick up overtime if desired and flexibility to do so would be advantageous. All staff are expected to attend monthly team meetings (overtime paid) as well as engage in necessary training.
Ensuring the very best outcomes for all children at Suffield Park Nursery is our priority and the staff team are committed to ensuring that they have a happy and inspiring experience with us. The motivation and ability to work as part of a professional, successful and friendly staff team to improve outcomes for children and their families is essential. Experience in assessing children’s learning and development using knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage is highly desirable.
