Early Years Practitioner job summary

We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Terrific for Twos Worker to join our dedicated early years team. Working with our 2-year-old children, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child can thrive, explore, and develop confidence in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and communication development.

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Experience working with children aged 2-3 years is desirable.

  • A warm, caring, and patient nature.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

  • A commitment to providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
