Early Years Practitioner job summary
Stifford Clays Primary School is a happy and positive school seeking to appoint a reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Lead Practitioner to join our team within the Early Years provision.
Working closely with class teachers and the wider Early Years team, the successful candidate will support children’s learning and development through nurturing care, high-quality interactions, and engaging provision in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Fixed Term - Maternity cover
37 hours, 30 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, term time including inset days (38 weeks)

We are a community-focused school for 2 to 11 year olds, located centrally in the Stifford Clays ward of Thurrock. The original infant and junior schools were built in 1954 and were one form of entry. The school has grown hugely to accommodate 90 children in each year group. We have a resource base provision for children with autism.
Stifford Clays Primary School is an extremely happy and positive school. We are an Ofsted ‘Good’ school (2022) where ‘’pupils love coming to school’’ and “pupils, staff and trustees show great pride in belonging to the Stifford Clays Primary School community.”
