What skills and experience we're looking for

As our Centre expands we are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with Level 3 qualifications to join our team in our Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Nursery School in Tilehurst, Reading from September 2024.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare and education.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the EYFS.
  • Plan and deliver high quality education in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner, for 2- to 5-year-olds.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with children with special educational needs (SEND) or a keen interest to do so.
  • Display creativity, dynamism, effective communication, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Approach work with flexibility and a warm, caring attitude.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, the community and staff.
