Early Years Practitioner job summary

The role involves:

The successful candidate will work within our EYFS team of a reception teacher, a pre-school teacher and another EYFS practitioner. They will be responsible for a group of children and will help shape their learning and experiences of school. They will collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all children across EYFS.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and caring practitioner who can support pupils using our values and Growth Mindset approach to learning.

  • Have a level 3 childcare qualification
  • Have a passion for working with EYFS aged children
  • be imaginative in ways to incorporate learning into play
  • be flexible and adapt to children and the school’s needs
  • be keen to share their ideas and shape practice across Early Years
