Position Start Date: September 2025

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 9 months - 3 years. Working alongside a supportive and dynamic team, you will help to plan and deliver engaging activities that foster children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. You will be a key part of ensuring that each child has a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience every day.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Experience of working with children in an Early Years setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
