Post Title: Early Years SEN Support Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor

Contract Hours: 25 hours Teaching Assistant - 8.30am-11.30am & 1pm-3pm / 5 hours Midday Supervisor -12-1pm

Grade: Teaching Assistant BEX05 (NJC 5) / Midday Supervisor BEX04 (NJC 3)

Position Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our nurturing early years setting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in Early Years and supporting children with SEN.
  • The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive practices.
  • Patience, empathy and be committed to supporting every child’s potential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence in promoting positive behaviour and social interaction.
