Are you passionate about nurturing the youngest learners and laying the foundations for their educational journey? We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team for 2 days a week at Braddock Church of England Primary School.

At Braddock, we are passionate about working closely with parents and the wider community to create the best possible start for our newest Acorns. As our Early Years Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with families and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our little learners.

We're looking for an EYFS teacher who embodies the following attributes:

  • Fun and Engaging: Bring creativity and excitement to the classroom, making learning enjoyable and memorable for our young learners.
  • Compassionate and Caring: Show genuine care and empathy towards each child, creating a nurturing environment where they feel valued and supported.
  • Patient and Understanding: Understand the individual needs and developmental stages of each child, providing tailored support and guidance as they grow and learn.
  • Innovative and Resourceful: Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and exploration, promoting active learning through play and discovery.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong partnerships with parents and families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff, contributing to a positive and cohesive team environment, all whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
